Event & Participation Terms

These Event & Participation Terms ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Atlas Earth Studios, L.L.C. ("Atlas Earth Studios," "we," "us," or "our") in connection with the Kameron Live in Denver concert, related meet-and-greet experiences, and the associated Cashtronaut production (collectively, the "Event").
By purchasing a ticket, attending the Event, participating in a meet-and-greet, or otherwise entering an area where the Event is being filmed, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. The Event
Atlas Earth Studios is producing a concert featuring singer-songwriter Kameron at HQ Denver on October 14, 2026.
The Event is also being produced in connection with an upcoming episode of the Cashtronaut YouTube channel.
The Event may include:
- A live musical performance by Kameron;
- Audience participation;
- Filming and photography throughout the venue;
- Interviews or interactions with attendees; and
- Optional paid meet-and-greet experiences with Kameron.
The Event is a live production, and its format, schedule, performers, production elements, and activities may change.
2. Tickets and Admission
Tickets may be sold through a third-party ticketing provider and/or the venue.
Your purchase and use of a ticket may also be subject to the terms, refund policies, and other rules of the applicable ticketing provider and venue.
A ticket provides admission to the applicable Event experience but does not guarantee:
- A particular location or view unless specifically stated;
- Interaction with Kameron or the Cashtronaut production team;
- Participation in filming;
- Appearance in the final Cashtronaut episode; or
- Inclusion in any promotional or social media content.
We and the venue reserve the right to refuse admission or remove any attendee when reasonably necessary for safety, security, unlawful behavior, disruption, violation of venue policies, or other legitimate reasons.
3. Filming, Photography, and Recording
This is a filmed event.
Professional cameras, microphones, photographers, and production personnel may be present throughout the venue.
By attending the Event, you understand and agree that you may be photographed, filmed, or recorded as part of the audience or in connection with the production.
You grant Atlas Earth Studios and its licensees, successors, affiliates, and production partners permission to record and use your:
- Image;
- Likeness;
- Voice;
- Appearance;
- Statements; and
- Participation in the Event
in connection with Cashtronaut, the Event, and related advertising, marketing, publicity, promotional, social media, and entertainment content.
Atlas Earth Studios may edit, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, publish, broadcast, and otherwise use such recordings worldwide, in any media now known or later developed, without expiration.
4. No Guarantee of Appearance
Being filmed does not mean that you will appear in the finished Cashtronaut episode or in any other published content.
Atlas Earth Studios has complete editorial discretion over whether footage is used and how the final production is edited.
We may:
- Use footage of you;
- Use only a portion of footage involving you;
- Edit footage together with other material; or
- Choose not to use footage involving you at all.
You will not have the right to review or approve the final edit before publication.
5. Incidental Audience Filming
Many attendees may appear only incidentally as part of:
- Crowd shots;
- Venue footage;
- Audience reactions;
- Background footage;
- Arrival or departure footage; or
- General documentation of the concert.
Attendance at the Event constitutes acknowledgement that this type of filming may occur.
If the production team asks you to participate in a significant interview, featured segment, or other substantial on-camera activity beyond ordinary audience participation, we may request that you sign an additional appearance or media release.
6. Meet-and-Greet Experiences
Certain attendees may purchase or receive access to a meet-and-greet experience with Kameron.
A meet-and-greet ticket or upgrade provides access to the experience described at the time of purchase, subject to scheduling, safety, venue requirements, artist availability, and circumstances outside our reasonable control.
The meet-and-greet may be photographed or filmed as part of the Cashtronaut production.
Purchasing a meet-and-greet does not guarantee that footage or photographs involving you will be published.
Unless specifically stated otherwise, purchasing a meet-and-greet does not include ownership rights in any photographs, recordings, footage, or other production material created by Atlas Earth Studios.
7. Use of Your Likeness
You understand that footage from the Event may appear on:
- YouTube;
- Cashtronaut social media accounts;
- Atlas Earth Studios social media accounts;
- Advertising for the Cashtronaut episode;
- Trailers, teasers, shorts, clips, or promotional videos;
- Press or publicity relating to the production; and
- Other media used to promote Cashtronaut or the Event.
You agree that Atlas Earth Studios may use this material without additional payment or compensation to you.
Nothing in these Terms requires Atlas Earth Studios to publish or use any footage.
8. No Compensation
Except for anything we specifically agree to with you in writing, attendees will not receive compensation for:
- Appearing in audience footage;
- Being photographed or recorded;
- Participating in the Event;
- Appearing in the Cashtronaut episode; or
- Appearing in promotional material relating to the Event or episode.
Purchasing a ticket or meet-and-greet does not create an employment, contractor, partnership, or other working relationship with Atlas Earth Studios.
9. Conduct and Safety
We want the Event to be safe and enjoyable for everyone.
You agree to:
- Follow applicable laws;
- Follow venue rules and instructions;
- Treat Kameron, other attendees, venue staff, and production personnel respectfully;
- Avoid interfering with cameras, production equipment, performers, or production activities; and
- Comply with reasonable safety and security instructions.
Atlas Earth Studios and the venue may remove an attendee from the Event for unsafe, threatening, disruptive, unlawful, or inappropriate conduct.
10. Personal Photography and Recording
Personal photography or recording may be permitted subject to venue rules.
Professional recording equipment, commercial filming, livestreaming, or other recording activities may be restricted by the venue or production team.
Nothing in these Terms gives attendees the right to commercially exploit the performance, production, Cashtronaut content, or any intellectual property belonging to Kameron, Atlas Earth Studios, the venue, or other rights holders.
11. Ownership of Production Content
All footage, photographs, audio recordings, interviews, and other production material created by or on behalf of Atlas Earth Studios in connection with the Event are owned or controlled by Atlas Earth Studios or its applicable production partners.
Attendance at the Event does not give you any ownership interest in that content.
12. Minors
Any attendee under the age of 18 must comply with the venue's applicable age and admission policies.
Where required by law, a parent or legal guardian must provide consent for a minor's participation in a featured interview, meet-and-greet filming, or other significant on-camera participation.
Nothing in these Terms overrides any age restrictions imposed by the venue or ticketing provider.
13. Third-Party Services
Ticket purchases, payment processing, directions, and other services may be provided through third-party websites or platforms.
Those services operate under their own terms and privacy policies.
Atlas Earth Studios is not responsible for the operation, security, or privacy practices of third-party websites or services.
14. Changes, Cancellation, or Rescheduling
Live events may be changed, delayed, rescheduled, relocated, or canceled due to circumstances including artist availability, venue requirements, production needs, safety concerns, weather, or other circumstances.
Any ticket refund, credit, or exchange will be governed by the policy communicated for the applicable ticket and by the applicable ticketing provider or venue.
15. Privacy
Information collected directly by Atlas Earth Studios is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

Information you provide directly to a ticketing provider or venue is governed by that party's privacy policy.
16. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability
The Event and related website are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Atlas Earth Studios is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or attendance at the Event.
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.
17. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
To the extent permitted by law, disputes relating to these Terms will be resolved in the applicable state or federal courts located in Texas.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
When we do, we will update the "Last updated" date above.
The version in effect when you purchase your ticket or attend the Event will apply to your participation.
